We take no responsilbity for any damages, data loss, loss of profits or any other kind of loss that may unintentionally be caused through use of this software. 3. Permission is granted to anyone to use Magic Wallpaper freely for creating wallpapers for mobile phones. The download of wallpapers to your mobile is free from any charge to Faspay Technologies. 4. You are prohibited from modifying, selling, leasing or assigning the Magic Wallpaper or any portion of it. 5. You are also prohibited from reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, deciphering, decrypting, or otherwise attempting to discover the source code of the Magic Wallpaper. You may not otherwise modify, alter, or port the Magic Wallpaper application. 7. You can freely redistribute Magic Wallpaper, add it to any CD compilation or online software repository and give it to anyone except for the following case. You are prohibited from redistributing or selling the Magic Wallpaper as part of other commercial software product without written permission from the copyright holder. 8. This license may not be removed or altered from any distribution.
